CostLeak processes all uploaded CSV files in memory only. Files are not stored on disk, not logged, not shared with third parties, and are discarded immediately after analysis completes. No copy of your data is retained.
CostLeak does not create user accounts. No personal data is intentionally collected. Uploaded file contents are never persisted or transmitted beyond the analysis request.
Basic, anonymized analytics—such as page visits or button clicks—may be collected for product improvement. This does not include tracking of file contents, file names, or any data derived from your uploads.
This policy may be updated. Continued use of the tool constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
